Book Trailer on YouTube!

May 22, 2009

Greetings and Salutations!

It's finally spring in Eastern Oregon. In fact, I think we've skipped spring and gone straight to summer!

To me, spring means birdwatching. A few days ago, I went birdwatching along an irrigation ditch and saw swallows, red-winged blackbirds, and robins. Earlier this month, I was fortunate enough to see three yellow-headed blackbirds and a cattle egret. And of course, the air is full of birdsong--western meadowlarks (the state bird of Oregon) and the cooing of doves.

I'm happy to announce that ONE IS A FEAST FOR MOUSE: A THANKSGIVING TALE has its own book trailer! Jeffrey Ebbeler, the illustrator, made the trailer using art from the book. He also composed and played the music--with a little help from his friends. Here's the link:

I hope you enjoy it!

Best,
Judy
